A PubPub Community for reasoning with graphs

The Atlas is a collaborative exploration of the use of graph protocols for building and sharing knowledge. Emerging from the community of practice surrounding a new Discourse Graph protocol, conversations on this PubPub embrace a variety of related graph dialects, including Results Graphs -- a format adapted to the needs of experimental sciences -- and Research Roadmaps -- a protocol for coordinating researchers in mapping and extending the scientific frontier.

The Atlas of Synthesized Knowledge includes theoretical and empirical discussions of Discourse Graph-adjacent ideas, quickstart resources to onboard folks to working with graphs, and links to our favorite graph formats in action in the wild.
